It’s still pretty early in the RotF product cycle to figure out who is rare. They’ve only been out for a little over a month. Stores are still getting shipments and they aren’t very uniform. The rare stuff usually ends up towards the end of the product cycle, when stores get fewer shipments due to product already on the shelves.
What may be rare in one area could be clogging shelves in another.
