Please give me ideas… or something unique that you may know from experience when leaving the country.
btw, its a girl.
I have looked up a lot of information on moving to Germnay because I am sick and bored of being in America, but all I hear is that it will be near impossible to find a job and a place to live as well as have a successful life. Also that if you are not fluent in the culture then you will not be accepted.
I am a little afraid. New country, new language, etc. He knows that I am a little afraid, but I told him I will be fine-I can learn the language, make friends, etc. But I feel like a will be a big fish stuck in a sand dune! I am planning for the wedding here in Texas, and also getting my Chihuahua’s shots done, and looking into frieght companies. I spent two weeks with him in Germany to get my surroundings. I know that I will be okay…I will have to adjust especially to his style of furniture–yuck!! I don’t want to be a whiny baby….I am just afraid of moving to a different country… Can anyone give some advice so I can get over this silliness and focus on my new marriage and life?
What is the spider season?
Are tornadoes a problem? If not, what sort of severe weather is?
Does Germany have Wal-Mart?
What about Taco Bell?
If I have more questions I’ll add on,but that is all for now. =)
Thanks.
Also, any other good-to-know information would be awesome!
We have 2 kids and I am very nervous about the move but excited at the same time. I feel that this will be a great experience for us and I was just wondering if anyone had anything to share about this place….Our report date as of now is 9/7/08 so I am getting anxious to find out more info on Germany and what it’s like there. Any feedback will be helpful…Thanks

If I wanted to and adapted well with the language, etc. Could I move to Germany? I want to get out of here before the economy gets worse.
I’m moving to Germany, and I plan on bringing my laptop and my printer because they are both relatively new and I spent a good chunk of change on them. So would it be worth it to take them? Can I use them in Germany? Do I need anything special?
Where does it say what voltage the laptop can take? I can’t find it… maybe I’m just overlooking it.
Never mind about where to find the voltage… LOL I’m slow today… I found it…
It says input: 100-240v on both the printer and the laptop. So that means that they will both work in Germany and I only need plug adapters right?
I there any jobs in Germany in the Medical Transription Field?
France takes longer to get a visa and Germany I could apply after arrival which is more convenient what place overall do you think is the better country to live?
